You would think driving 10 000 kms across the country and back, getting lost at the USA border (KAREN!!!), sleeping in dingy bar accommodations and freezing Ramada hotel rooms, getting "the eye" from creepy guys, and playing 17 shows in 20 days would make you slightly grumpy, but Elaine Ryan and I have hit it off both musically and personally. Elaine Ryan has topped the local talent searches this spring with her newest cd: making TOP 5 in the Lilith Fair performer's competition and TOP 20 (hopefully to be top 10 very soon) in the Shore FM summer song search.
